Your professional and uniformed driver will be holding a sign with your name. You should call our office phone number on your contract if you cannot locate your driver. Our dispatch team will patch your call directly to your driver. It's that simple, whether you need airport transportation or a party bus.

All our vehicles are late model sedans, SUVs, limos, or limo buses. Sedans and SUVs: Two- to six-passenger comfort. The cargo capacity will vary between sedans and SUVs. Stretch Limousines: We have eight- to 20-passenger limousines available. The cargo area will vary depending on the limo rental. Luxury Passenger Vans: For all airport pickups, these vehicles can accommodate up to 12 passengers plus their luggage.

At the time of the actual reservation, Princess Limousines LLC will take a security deposit, which will secure the vehicle and date for your limo service. The normal deposit is half of the rate quoted, or payment in full if the booking is within a two-week period of your actual date. If booking is more than two weeks away, the final charge from Princess Limousines LLC (Princesslimo.com) will occur two weeks before your event.

All no-shows will be charged the full rate, whether for airport services or a party bus rental. To avoid being charged, you must: 1. Call 1 (866) 546-6889 or email in the event that your plans or flight have been changed.

Our airport transportation services can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation to allow for cancelled or delayed flights. To avoid being charged for hourly services, you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the service time. You must provide a confirmation number for each reservation. Email your cancellation at least 24 hours before the contracted service time. You should also communicate your cancellation by phone at least 24 hours before the contracted service time.

You can pay the tip either way. At Princess Limousines LLC, we have no preference on how you pay the tip to the driver, whether you're booking airport services or a charter bus rental. Some clients choose to pay at the time of booking to take care of all payments upfront. Others prefer to wait until they have received perfect service and tip the driver at the start or upon completion of the job. Either way would be acceptable. Please keep in mind that our drivers/chauffeurs will go above and beyond to make sure you are truly satisfied with your service.

Rates vary by vehicle type and function. We have flexible options for those looking for a cheap limo rental without sacrificing quality. Your charged time will start at your first pick-up. Yes, our limo rental clients are responsible for paying all parking fees, venue parking lot fees, tolls, and other fees that may arise due to the client picking a destination that would require Princess Limousines LLC to pay these fees.

Airport/Corporate reservations are normally booked from day-of to several weeks in advance. Night-out reservations are normally booked from one week to one month in advance on most dates. Wedding reservations are normally booked six months to one year in advance. Prom limos and prom bus rental reservations are normally booked three to six months in advance. No! We cannot supply alcoholic beverages in our vehicles due to liability concerns. You may bring your own alcoholic beverages of your choice if EVERYONE in your party is of legal drinking age, which helps keep options flexible for groups looking for a cheap party bus rental. You may also drop off any beverages at our facility. We'll put your beverages, along with free Spring water, in vehicle coolers. We will also supply complimentary ice in the vehicle coolers for you.
