  • How will I know when my car has arrived and who is my driver?

    Your driver, dressed in professional attire, will be present with a sign displaying your name. If you're unable to locate your driver, please contact our office using the phone number provided on your contract. Our dispatch team will connect you directly with your assigned driver to ensure a smooth pickup process.
  • What sorts of vehicles may I expect?

    We offer a range of late-model vehicles to suit various needs. Our fleet includes sedans and SUVs accommodating 2-6 passengers, Stretch limos for 8–10 passengers and luxury limo buses that can transport 12–32 passengers — most with restrooms — with luggage for airport pickups. Cargo capacity varies depending on the vehicle type selected.
  • What is your credit card processing procedure?

    When you make a reservation, we require a security deposit to confirm your booking. This deposit is typically half of the quoted rate. For bookings within two weeks of the service date, full payment is required. If your booking is more than two weeks away, the final charge will be processed two weeks before your scheduled event.
  • What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation, "No Show"?

    In the event of a no-show, the full rate will be charged. To avoid this, please call our toll-free number at 508.677.9377 if you're having trouble locating your driver. Additionally, if your plans or flight details change, contact us immediately via phone or email to update your reservation.
  • If I need to cancel a pick up, what should I do?

    For airport services, changes or cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup to accommodate flight changes. For hourly services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the service time to avoid charges. Please provide your confirmation number when cancelling and contact us either by phone, text, or e-mail within the specified timeframe.
  • Do I pay a 20% tip upon booking the reservation or to the driver on the day of the event?

    The 20% standard tip for your driver is due in cash/Cash App/Venmo at the first pickup location.
  • Where can I find your hourly rates?

    Hourly rates can be found by clicking the "Book Now" buttons within our site. Billing begins at your first pickup location, and we don't charge for travel time to your initial pickup or for the return trip to our base after your service ends.   • Are we responsible to pay for parking fees, Venue parking lot fees, tolls, etc?

    Yes, clients are responsible for covering all parking fees, venue parking charges, tolls, and similar expenses that may be incurred during the service due to the chosen destinations.
  • How far in advance do you book your vehicles for airports/corporate, night-outs, weddings and/or proms?

    Booking timeframes vary by service type. Airport and corporate reservations are typically made from same-day to several weeks ahead. Night-out bookings are usually made 1-4 weeks in advance. Wedding reservations are often made 6-12 months prior, while prom bookings are typically made 3-6 months ahead. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred vehicle.
  • Do you supply alcoholic beverages in vehicles if requested?

    Due to liability concerns, we do not provide alcoholic beverages. However, if all passengers are of legal drinking age, you may bring your own alcohol. You can also drop off beverages at our facility, and we'll place them in the vehicle coolers along with complimentary spring water and ice.
